Settings, Notifications: for each kind of notice (your flows failing, alerts, approval requests, mentions and comments, things shared with you, and for admins team requests and billing) choose whether it reaches you in the app, by email, both or neither. The bell has a Choose link to get there.
Sign-in codes, password and security emails, invitations and receipts always come. A failed run now rings the bell once, not twice.
