Emails from your own address
- Admins can send the flows’ emails (the Email block, alerts, exports and approval requests) from the company’s own address, such as flows@yourcompany.com: Settings, Email sender. You add three DNS records at your domain’s host, press Check the records, and from then on the emails come from you, under your sender name.
- xMap Flows checks the records every day. If they go away, emails go from xMap Flows’ address again and the admins are told.
