Sort and limit: put the items in order and keep only the first ones, such as the 10 best rated.
Calculated field: add fields worked out from the others with a formula, for example margin = {{price}} - {{cost}} or grade = if({{rating}} >= 4.5, "A", "B").
Remove duplicates: keep one of each place, name, phone, website or any field.
